MID REPORT ENGLISH VERSION #13

Differsnt from weeks of yesterday, today is the MID scedule for my group. For this MID my group have menu rotation 1.1 to cook. On sunday my group has done the preparation.

But we are wrong with what is preparation itself, so we were scolded by Mr. Syahrial as our lecture. But after all of that the exam continues. And today Arya and I responsible for baked of potato and zucchini saute provencale.

Today the restaurant is oponed for lunch at 13.00 and the guest is 30 pax. But the food came out only for 24 pax.  After all of the activities we always to do general cleaning. And class closed by Mr. Jaya
