The last day of week of practice, today the that will come out to restaurant is the Celebes buffet which consists of peco doang and jalangkote for appetizer, sop saudara and palu ce'la for soup, rice, konro bakar, and lawar pakis for the main food, acar and sambal tomat for condiment, pisang ijo and cucur bayao for dessert. 

Still same from yesterday, today my group still handle the appetizer section where the jalangkote has been made yesterday and today it's only fry untill cooked. For peco doang, the main ingredients is shrimpwhich is given a chili, candlenut, and tomato cery which is saute and mashed and we tossed with the shrimp.

Today the appetizer section must be ready at 10 o'clock and today my group also handled the condiment from the main food that is acar and tomato sauce.
