Hello. Come back again in practice week and meet again with my story activities in the practice. Today the menu that will prepare is Indonesian buffet. Indonesian buffet consist of several menu that is Dojang Nakeng and Rujak Mie as appetizers, Soto Padang and Soto Banjar as soups, Rice, Rendang, and Ayam Taliwang as main course, and Doko-doko cang kuning as dessert.

Last week my group handle appetizer section, today my group had the opportunity to handle dessert section. For dessert , what we prepared today is just filling of Doko-doko cangkuning. The filling itself consist of grated coconut and brown sugar.

After the filling is made, it is immediately rounded and keep it in the chiller. After that, Mr. Jaya give as dough recipe for Doko-doko cangkuning to make it now cause tomorrow will deserve as breakfast in rector.
