The first day of entering kitchen for semester 2 after semester 1 holiday as usually before entering in the kitchen previosly one-line and kitchen utensil checking and absent by seniors who are in-charge. After checking kitchen utensil, directly i store luggage in the locker after that one-line in the cold kitchen. Today in my class Mr.Syahrial as an in-charge lecture provides meterial in the form of Breakfast menu. The material given by Mr.Syahrial is understanding brekfast, classificastion breakfast, and breakfast components.

After Mr.Syahrial gave classs, material taken oven by seniors who was in-charge, class is divided into 10 teams to making soft roll, hard roll, and twist bread. My group get a hard roll to make. After the hard roll finished, the classis redted for one hour. Go back into the class we are is divided into group again to making croissant and danish. My group get danish to make. Bread that has been made will be used tomorrow for breakfast in open restaurant. Which is done today is just a preparation for open restaurant tomorrow.

Today's class is ending with a general cleaning in each section that has beed specified by in-charge seniors. What is different from the previous semester is the second semester of this is general cleaning done together with semester 4.Before going home Mr.Faisal gives some information that will be done tomorrow that is reastaurant will be opened at 09.00 for breakfast and 11.30 for lunch. The breakfast menu for tomorrow is Continental Breakfats ( soft roll, hard roll, twist bread ) and American Breakfast ( danish, croissant ).

100gr   Soft Flour
250gr   Butter for split
