Today class start from 07.00 am this will be the first time for my class to do 'real practice' term from Mr. Syahrial. Real practice it means that today my class will provide breakfast menu for opened restairant. The menu will come out is Continental breakfast and American breakfast.

As usually before entering in the kitchen previously one-line and kitchen utensils checking and absent by seniors who are in-charge. After that enter in the cold kitchen, class devided into two team.

The firsh team will present a breakfast menu that has been prepared yesterday for opened restaurant today. And for the second team will prepare breakfast menu for tomorrow which is english muffin and plain muffin.

After breakfast hours are over and tomorrow's menu preparations are done. Class one-line again in the cold kitchen for directed to fill the field the blog and also the project to be done untill 5th semester. As usually the class ended with general cleaning together 4th semester and practice today closed by Mr. Faisal.
