Today class start like yesterday at 7 am, and as usually before entering in the kitchen were always checking kitchen utensil and absent by 4th semester. After storing luggage in the locker previously one-line in cold kitchen. Describe a little about what to do for today by 4th semester is open resto, prepare ingredients for the menu that will come out tomorrow whick is Indonesian breakfast and also make Plain muffin and English muffin like yesterday besauce yesterday supply is not enough.

My group got English muffin to make like yesterday. For English muffin recipe reader friends can see in Daily Report#2 that i have posted. After all muffin have been done. Class re one-line in cold kitchen and divided into two teams. The yesterday team that handle the open resto menu will prepare the ingredients for tomorrow and the team who prepare yesterday will be charge of handling the open resto menu. Today my group will handle open resto menu.

After breakfast time has finished. The team that handle the open resto help team who are preparation the ingredients for the breakfast menu for tomorrow. The menu for Indonesian breakfast is Sliced Fruit, Fried Rice (Fried chicken, Acar, Sambal, Kerupuk), Fried noodles(Beef Satay), Chicken poridge(Fried chicken, KAS, Beef satay), dan Coffe atau Tea. As usually after the practice finished, we are doing general cleaning together 4th semester. Practice today closed by Mr. Faisal
