Daily Report #4 English Version

Like yesterday, today i enter in the kitchen at 7 am this is because this week is the week of practice breakfast menu for my class. As usually we're one-line in front of kitchen before entering in the kitchen for checking kitchen untensils and absent by 4th semester. After that we're one-line in cold kitchen for division of working group for Indonesian breakfast menu. Today my group is responsible for do sliced fruit and frying crackers.

The menu from Indonesian breakfast that come out today is Sliced Fruit, Fried Rice (Fried chicken, Pickels, Tomato sauce, Crackers), Fried noodles(Beef Satay), Chicken poridge(Fried chicken, KAS, Beef satay), and Coffe or Tea. After my group finished to do sliced fruit and frying crackers, we're helped the other group do their work.

After all the menu is ready, the restaurant is open and for the sliced fruit that come out today there are 26 dishes. After breakfast hours are done, classes are given an hour for break. As usually before returning home is required to do general cleaning together 4th semester.
