Back to the practice class, today before the class begins all the students must attend the ceremony. After ceremony class immediately begins and as usually before entering in the kitchen we are always checking kitchen utensil and absent by 4th semester. Class is taken oven by Mr. Syahrial as lecture for today. After last week we are practice breakfast menu, this week has enter rotation menu which is type of the rotation menu is Table D'Hote.

After Mr. Syahrial explain about what is rotation menu, class is directly in groupa to prepare the ingredients from the rotation menu 1.1 that will be served at the restaurant tomorrow. And the menu is Chicken Salad Hawaian for apetizer, Shrimp Bisque for soup, Beef Stew-Bake of Potato-Zuccini saute Provancale for main course, and Butter cake/French bread for dessert. My group got Bake of Potato to prepare. The ingredient that will use is potato, vegetable oil, and salt.

During the activities we have guest from Poland and asked what we do 

After all the preparations for the rotation menu tomorrow, we are rest for 1 hour. After that we are returns in the cold kitchen and one-line and receive a little direction by Mr. Faisal. Before we go home we must do general cleaning first. Today class is closed by Mr. Jaya.
