Daily Report #7 English Version

Today class start as usually like one-line in front of kitchen, checking grooming and kitchen utensils. According with the system applied class is devided into two group and the group that will prepare the restaurant is group 2. Today the menu that will served to restaurant is rotation menu 1.2.
Today my group prepare the main course for plating. Before plating, Aulia and i have to make cheddar cheese sauce for Potato Au Gratin. The ingredients of that sauce is Bechamel sauce, cheddar cheese, mustard, and worcestershire sauce. Then mix all of the ingredients and stir until smooth. After the sauce is done. Then pour that souce over the potatoes and the potatoes ready to bake.
After plating the menu, I go to restaurant to eat cause i have a coupon for table manner. After restaurant practice class continue from grup 1 for prepare the ingredients for rotation menu 1.3. After all of the ingredients has been prepared, class is rested for one hour and as usual after all activities are complete we have to do general cleaning.
