Today practice class begin like ususally, before enter in the kitchen we are one-line in front of kitchen for grooming inspection and kitchen utensils checking by 4th semester. After that we are opened the class by pray. After that class is devided direcly by group. The group tat will served restaurant today is group 1. Me and my friends from group 2 will working the project that have been given.
Me and my group friends go to campus library to find more information about the materials that will we research but after consultation with Mr. Wawan as the lecture for the project, the material we proposed was not meximized and had to find more useful material for the future.
We also helped the group 1 to do plating the menu cause that time for luch is left. After the restaurant closed, group 2 did not prepare cause today is the last day of the practice class. After that class is rested for 1 hour and after taht we are one-line again and received a little direction from Mr. Faisal and as usually practice class ended with general cleaning.
