Just like the previous days, the practice class started at 08.00, we're one-line in front of kitchen for grooming inspection and kitchen utensils inspection. Today group 1 will doing for open restaurant aftar that group 2 will prepare ingredients for menu tomorrow.

Today my group prepared the ingredients of appetizer for tomorrow. That menu is Choux ala creme and Hard Roll. Recipe for Choux :
500 gr  Water or milk
250 gr  Butter or shortening
375 gr  Hard flour
625 gr  Egg
ps. if the egg has enterd to the dough do not mix it too long cause that will meke the dough watery

Recipe for Hard roll :
700 gr   Water
45 gr     Yeast
1250 gr Hard flour
30 gr     Salt
30 gr     Sugar
30 gr     Shoetening
30 gr     Egg White

After all of the preparations for tomorrow has finished, class is rested half an hour. After all of the activities is done we have to do general cleaning.
