Today is the last day of the week of practice and class begin as usually we're one-line in cold kitchen and class opening by class leader.

After that class is divided into 2 group and group that yesterday prepared is group 2 automaticly group which is doing today is group 2. Today my group made another hard roll cause the hard roll has made yesterday is not enough so we make it again, the hard roll will make by Joko. Aulia and I responsibility for make pastry cream.

Today the restaurant is oponed for lunch at 13.00 and the guest is 30 pax. Today I had the opportunity to become abuyer, the person who became a communican between the kitchen and restaurant in carger of receiving food from restaurant and deliver it to the kitchen. After all of the activities we always to do general cleaning.
