Just like the day before we entering in the kitchen we're online first in front of kitchen for checcking grooming and cooking utensil by senior in-charge. After that we're oneline in cold kitchen and class opened by class leader for today. 

After that Sir Jaya as a lecture for today explained about what we will serve to restaurant and what we will prepare for tomorrow. The food that we will prepared the ingredients is Thailand food. 

As this time today my group and Dini's group will prepare ingredients for main course. The name of food is Gai tod takrai, Yam makeua yo, and Khau plao. And like usually after the all of activies we have to do general cleaning.
