Today is the last day week of praktice and as usually before we entering the kitchen we're oneline in front of kitchen. After that we reviewed the small book by senior incharger and like usually if there are things that we forget or we don't know we have punishment and the punishment is garlic.
For this time my group will test our project that is making cookies from purple sweet potato. But when we're in baking proccess we forget about the sitepan, we should don't put butter in sitepan but we do it and that is make our cookies looks like fried.

Before all of the activities has done as usually before going home we have to do general cleaning. After general cleaning is done we give surprise for Mr. Wawan as our Kapros who was birthday today.
