Back to the week of practice, today the menu that will prepare is Japanese cuisine and that menu is Okonomiyaki for appetizer, Misoo soup for soup, Sushi for main course, and Dorayaki for dessert. Today i got soup section to prepared.

The ingredients we prepared today are dashinomoto, katsoubushi, mirin, miso, leek(sliced), tofu, and crabstick. For the leek today we already cut it but for tofu will be slice in tomorrow because we dont want the tofu is destroyed.

After the ingredients already prepared, to fill our time we reviewed the basic in semester 1 by senior in-charge. After that supervisor taught us how to make garnish which is commonly used in Japanese food.
