Still in practice week, yester we're already prepared all the ingredients that we will use today for Japanese cuisine. Today my section is soup that soup is Misoo Soup. After the soup is done i help my friend who need a help.

Today also Mr. Ical taught us how to fillet salmon and the salmon will be used to the sushi. Type od shushi to be made is onigiri, california sushi, and sushi roll. On this day i also had the opportunity to go back to table manner in restaurant for try the food we had made.

The menu that come out for restaurant tomorrow is rotation menu 2.1 (Chinese cuisine) with consist chinese spinach salad, traditional egg drop soup, beef rice bowl, tang yuan, and tang zhoung. And as ususlly after the practice is done we have to do general cleaning.
