Just like the previous days if we're in practice week before going into kitche we have checking grooming and untensils kitchen first by senior in-charge. Today the menu will come out restaurant is rotation menu 2.1(Chinese cuisine). But before we're starting our activity we're revied first.

After taht Chef Dino come in cold kitchen and tell us how to handle beef and marinate beef for Chinese cuisine. Today my group get the dessert section to prepare for tomorrow and de dessert is khao neow ma muamy or we can call it mango sticky rice.

After my group finished prepare the glatinous rice, we're making our project that is Choux ala Croquline, and the croquline made from purple sweet potato. After all of activity has done we always have to do general cleaning.
