The last day of the week of practice, the same as the previous day before we entered kitchen we have checking grooming and kitchen utensil by senior in-charge. After that we're reviewed by senior but while being review Chef Dino come in and tell us about that menu will come out in restaurant.
Chef Dino also demorated the way of chicken marination using asian style. After that review is continues. Today my group get dessert section and the name of the dessert is mango sticky rice. Mango sticky rice actually not to much different from songkolo.
Today i had the opportunity to esplain the food i made in the restaurant. After the restaurant is closed as usually we have to do general cleaning.
