After all of 2nd semester in Tourism Polytechnic of Makassar do the tour in Toraja finally we're back and back for our respective activities. For this week i'm in practice class.  Nothing different from previous week as usually before we use kitchen we're one-line first for absence. After that we're one-line back in cold kitchen and reading our small book. 

After that Mr. Wawan as Kapros entered to give some motivation for us because we have a little accident tears in Toraja. After that Mr. Jaya came in and give explanation about what will we do today. The menu that will be make today is rotation menu menu 2.2 is Thai cuisine.

The different from our practice last week, for this week the food must be done without preparation from the previous day and the food not out restaurant and will be the nation's alloment. As usually after all of the activities we have to do general cleaning for kitchen cleaner and ready for use tomorrow.
