Different from the previous practice days, today we went at 10 am because today s actually red date but we have to came and help senior who are busy taking care of food for tiurism ministers who are visiting Makassar. After all we came we were directed to making sushi, but have to preparing the ingredients such as rice, cucumber, tobiko, shrimp, along with bamboo matt, etc.

We were also taught how to fillet salmon. After all the ingredients are ready we are taught how to rolled sushi as well. The types of sushi we made is california roll, unagi nigiri, norimaki, nigiri temaki, and gunkan.

After that for group 2 was asked to prepare food for tomorrow which is rotation menu 2.1(Chinese cuisine) and my group get part of dessert taht is tang yuan. Tang yuan itself is made from glatinous rice flour containing roasted sesame and the cruised, added sugar and butter.
