The last day of the week of practice, today class starts sooner than before at 7 o'clock because today we have to fo back to try all the ingredients in the kitchen which it has done in our firts semester. That is happen because yesterday one of my friend who was make soup made mistaken in distinguishing ginger and kencur which the soup was tried by Chef Dino.

And this morning, Kak Chirs as our senior in cherge where we called one by one to see distinguish ginger, kencur, galangal, and turmeric. This time i will explain a little about the difference of the four ingredients.
1. Ginger, yellow to reddish with a stinging smell.
2. Kencur, the outer is brown and the depth are watery whice which has a sharp aroma.
3. Galangal, the rhizome is large and thick, fleshy, about 2-4 sm in diameter and branches.
4. Turmeric, branches, orange, and has a distinctive aroma.

After that, Mr. Ical come in to cold kitchen to expain the day's activity that is making a mini burger but after seeing the broken stove Mr. Ical told us to stop the activity today an go home with out doing general cleaning.
