Back to the practice week again, this week is the last week in semester 2 and we're will proceed final. For today's activities is we just preparing the ingredients taht will be used tomorrow.
As for the food that will come out tomorrow is Indonesian cuisine consisting of Jalangkote, Sosok utan, Konro bakar and Pisang Ijo. My group given jalangkote to make. For jalangkote own contents consisting of potatoes, carrot, eggs, and soun.
The jalangkote plan will be fried tomorrow but if we fried tomorrow jalangkote skin will tear apart. Therefore our lecture said the jalangkote should be halffried today. After all of the prepare is done as always we have to do general cleaning.
