Second day of the week of practice, continuing yesterday activities and still Indonesian cuisine. But before we continuing our activities we have reviewed before.
And for my group because jalangkote only stay fried cooked and will be fried when time before the restaurant open and the sauce will be made at this time. For its own sauce the ingredients are chili, garlic, red onion whic is pulverized and then boiled then added thickening agent and seasoining.
Today i also had the opportunity to table manner in the restaurant for the food we have made ourselves. After returning from table manner my friends have started the general cleaning and i directly go to my general cleaning place at pastry
