The second day of prctice week, after enter in the kitchen we're directly one line to discuss the food that was prepared yesterday and still like yesterday my group was handling appetizer. The appetizer that will come out to restaurant is Macedoine of vegetables mayonaise.


Even though the mayonaise was made yesterday but today we make it again because the lack of mayonaise yesterday just enough for the appetizer, while our group was also given the responbility of handling the horse d'ouvre. Horse d'ouvre is a small appetizer that can be consumsed with one bite size with hand.


When we were making macedoine of vegetable mayonaise we were told there is one for appetizer that is jellied fruit salad. The main ingredients of jellied fruit salad is gelatin and fruit. This time the fruits we use are grapes, oranges, and pineapples. After the food we make is set up in the restaurant we clean our work area and continue prepare the ingredient for tomorrow.
