Back on my blog, this time i kept telling you guys about my activities during practice in kitchen but today its different cause today me and my friend practice in kitchen of Gammara Hotel. It is not without reason i practice in the Gammara Hotel kitchen because our dosen want to trained our mentally in the industry world.

For the first day, all we did just introduce the workplace. When we arrived we were told to wait first, after that we were invited to go up to the kitchen and division of section by Demi Chef. And this time Miftah, Asmil, Edo, Fikri, and I got main kitchen section. In main kitchen i met Dian, training from Palopo.

The first time i did in main kitchen was prepare of food ingredients for tomorrow breakfast. What i do is cutting cor, cauliflower, mushroom and brocolli. After the preparetion was complete we do general cleaning and continued to lunch. After break lunch, we were invited to enter the cold kitchen and we were taught curving wartermelon.
