After closing we also go back to the kitchen to help inside. When we arrived, we were given about an hour to rest and pray. When I returned from the break I was asked to go back to working on the risol mayo, which the material had been prepared earlier. Miftah was in charge of making the dough and I was on duty to fill it. During the process I was assisted by Edo and Fikri who were middle-aged children. After risol mayo was finished we were asked to count it and store it in the chiller.

Already entering the third day I practiced
at the Gammara hotel kitchen, today I entered at 7:15. Just as usual before
going to our kitchen, which practices in Gammara, the hotel is obliged to fill
in the attendance at the security post after that it can go up to the kitchen.
When I arrived in the kitchen like the previous day I was immediately asked to
incharge with Miftah in the show kitchen watching the breakfast entry and exit.
This time I watched the fried rice section along with the condiment. If the
fried rice runs out, I'm asked to refill it in the kitchen.
Not long after, I asked for a show in the
kitchen. I was asked to enter the kitchen to prepare ingredients for making
risol mayo, which consisted of carrots and brunettes cut into potatoes. This
Risol mayo will be used for tomorrow's event. After cutting carrots and
potatoes, I wrapped it and then gave it to the cook there for saute. After it
was finished I was asked to return to incharge in the show kitchen. Around 10
o'clock I and Miftah were preparing for the closing of breakfast.
