The third day in the week of practice, today we entered at 6 am as ordered by Mr. Ical as the kitchen lab supervisor. We were brought in early in the morning so that the messy open restaurant incident yesterday was not repeated today, today we are expected to be classmates more okay and during the open restaurant we are expected to be organized and not bothered. Today's senior seniors are Mr. Agung, Mr. Aldy, Mr. Putra, and Mr. Muchlis. The senior who charged in my section this time is Mr. Muchlis.

For Mr. Agung and Mr. Putra, incargerher in the main kitchen section and Mr. Aldy incharger in the pastry section because Mr. Aldy was very good at making cakes. Before the start of the day's activities do not forget we always pray for fluency and salvation as long as we work. When we were online, Mr. Ical never forgot to remind us to prioritize our safety at work. Not forgetting also when we senior oneline the incharge reviewed what we had prepared yesterday.

What is different today from the Thai Chicken salad that I handle is that the chicken is pan seared today, said Mr. Ical, the chicken is correct because it is already sous vide, but what is forgotten is that whatever food has been sous vide, it must be pan seared. After the chicken is pan seared and all the ingredients are ready, Mr. Ical tells us to plating. After plating, do not forget to continue with taking a photo session. After all of our activities are finished today as usual, we are have to do general cleaning before returning to our homes.
