The first day of the second week of practice.

Today what we are doing is handling lunch boxes and morning coffee for the invited guests of the job fair held in the campus hall.

The menu for the lunch box consists of ayam kremes, tempe and tahu mendoan, sayur bening, nasi and sambal, etc.

The menu for morning coffee consists of tartlet, choux, beautiful sweet cakes, panada, fried bread, and roll cakes. On this occasion I had the responsibility to make a roll cake. The roll cake itself is based on a sponge cake that is given a cream centered and rolled.
